It’s almost here! Another NEW YEAR! This is probably my favorite week of the whole year! I love all the excitement a New Year brings. I get so FIRED UPP – I’m like a kid in a candy store…Okay, probably bad example – Stay away from the candy…HAHA, but you feel my excitement, right?
So, let’s get started…Are you READY?
Two friends are chatting about their diets. The first one says, “For my New Year’s resolution I want to be healthy and feel great.” The second one says, “This year I intend to be healthy and feel great.”
Which one do you think is going to actually get healthy and feel great? You got it—the one who intends it.
A resolution or wanting something is simply wishing you can have or do a particular thing and making the decision to achieve it or not. Intending means you’re committed to achieving something by making a plan for success—and sticking to it!

Sorry, I digress -- just so excited about the New Year starting! I'm not talking about just a meal plan or a few workouts to get you off and running, I’m talking about real support – physically, emotionally, and mentally with accountability to make it all stick for good.
