LOW IMPACT BEGINNER WORKOUT – EASY ON KNEES



If you’re looking to start working off some extra pounds, I’ve got the perfect beginner workout for you!


Getting older and carrying extra weight can give us the feeling of “bad” or achy knees. But this doesn’t mean you have to avoid strength training, and you definitely shouldn’t!


In this video, I walk you through a 7-minute bodyweight circuit to get your muscles moving while showing you how to protect your knees. If you’re looking to lose fat, I highly encourage you to engage in some resistance training to help.


Learn to do lunges and other cardio bursts safely without any pressure on your knees! This is a full body circuit that can be done anywhere without equipment. Repeat it for up to 3 rounds in less than 25 minutes!
